Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp sugar
- 75ml Dashi
Directions:
- Beat eggs until well mixed.
- Dissolve sugar in the dashi, then mix with beaten eggs.
- Heat pan and grease with a few drops of oil. Thinly coat the pan with part of the eggs mixture and cook until it's solid enough to fold in half twice.
- Push the omelet to the side of the pan. Coat the pan with few more drops of oil, pour another thin layer of the eggs mixture onto the pan, lifting the cooked portion so the uncooked portion slides beneath it. When firm, roll the cooked portion over the cooked portion two more times. Repeat until all the eggs mixture has been used.
- Remove from pan and cut the rolled egg into thick slices.
