Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1 Japanese sweet potato
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Wash sweet potatoes and cut into long thin strips.
  2. Place in cold water for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat deep fryer.
  4. Dry the sweet potatoes fries with paper towels and fry in hot oil about 355 degrees.
  5. When lightly browned and tender, transfer to paper towels to drain.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
