Ingredients:
- 1 Sweet potato
- 1 Japanese sweet potato
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Wash sweet potatoes and cut into long thin strips.
- Place in cold water for about 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat deep fryer.
- Dry the sweet potatoes fries with paper towels and fry in hot oil about 355 degrees.
- When lightly browned and tender, transfer to paper towels to drain.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
