Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 Mango (Diced)
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar or 1/2 pack Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2-3 ice-cube 
Directions:
  1. Mix everything in a blender until smooth
