Ingredients: (Servings: 4-6)
- 1.5L Water
- 1 tea bag of Barley tea
- 1 tea bag of Black tea
- Sugar
- 2% low-fat milk
- Boil water, put in the tea bags and let it boil for a 5 minutes, take the bags out
- Add sugar to taste, if you don't want any sweet, you can add milk instead of sugar
