Ingredients:
- 1 Mango (Diced)
- 3/4 cup 2% low-fat Milk
- 1/4 cup 2% low-fat Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Sugar or 1/2 pack Sugar Substitute
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 7g Gelatine unflavored
- 4 tbsp hot water
- Mix hot water and gelatine
- Mix diced mango, low-fat milk, low fat evaporated milk, sugar and lemon juice in a blender until smooth
- Combine the gelatine water and mango mixture mix well, pour into small cups and put into the refrigerator for 1.5 hours, then serve
