Mango Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 Mango (Diced)
  • 3/4 cup 2% low-fat Milk
  • 1/4 cup 2% low-fat Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar or 1/2 pack Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7g Gelatine unflavored
  • 4 tbsp hot water
Directions:
  1. Mix hot water and gelatine
  2. Mix diced mango, low-fat milk, low fat evaporated milk, sugar and lemon juice in a blender until smooth
  3. Combine the gelatine water and mango mixture mix well, pour into small cups and put into the refrigerator for 1.5 hours, then serve
