Stir Fry Roast Pork Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Pasta
  • 1 lb. Roast pork
  • 8 oz White mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
  • 2.5 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 3 tsp Chicken powder
  • Black pepper
Directions:

  1. Precook pasta and drain.
  2. Cut roast pork and mushroom into small pieces, set aside.
  3. Heat pan or wok on high heat, add oil.
  4. Add roast pork and stir fry until little brown.
  5. Turn to medium heat, add mushroom and stir fry until it's tender.
  6. Add pasta and the rest of the ingredients, stir fry until heated through.
  7. Serve with parsley or scallion sprinkled on top.
