Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Pasta
- 1 lb. Roast pork
- 8 oz White mushroom
- 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
- 2.5 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 3 tsp Chicken powder
- Black pepper
- Precook pasta and drain.
- Cut roast pork and mushroom into small pieces, set aside.
- Heat pan or wok on high heat, add oil.
- Add roast pork and stir fry until little brown.
- Turn to medium heat, add mushroom and stir fry until it's tender.
- Add pasta and the rest of the ingredients, stir fry until heated through.
- Serve with parsley or scallion sprinkled on top.
