Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Fresh bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1.5-2 Tbsp Fish sauce or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1.5-2 Tbsp White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce (Optional)
- Clean and wash bean sprouts in cold water.
- Drop them in boiling water and let stand for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- Add all other ingredients to bean sprouts, mix well and refrigerate.
*** You can keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
