- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1.5 tbsp superfine sugar
- 1 egg white
Directions:
- Preheat oven 150 C / 300 F
- Grease a baking sheet with oil.
- Lightly beat the egg white.
- Mix the shredded coconut and sugar, then add the egg white mix well.
- Use a tablespoon to spoon the mixture to your hand, and lightly press to form the mixture into pyramids. Place it on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden on the top and bottom.
- Leave to cool, then move to rack.

- 椰絲加砂糖拌勻,加入蛋白拌勻
- 盛起一湯匙椰絲茸,用手輕輕掐成三角形,放在焗盤上
- 入焗爐以 150 C / 300 F 焗 10-12 分鐘 或 至微金黃
- 取出待涼,即成
