Clams in Sake Soup

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs clams (with shells)
  • 2/3 cup Sake
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt to taste

Directions:
  1. Soak clams in salted water to remove sand. Drain well
  2. Boil water and sake, add clams cook until shell open
  3. Add salt to taste, done
