Mixed Mushrooms Rice

Ingredients:
  • 3 pcs Shiitake (Dried-mushroom 花菇)
  • 150 g Shimeji (Brown Beech Mushroom)
  • Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • (You can use 1.5 tbsp Mirin instead of cooking wine and sugar)
Directions:
  1. Prepare cooked rice.
  2. Soak dried-mushrooms in enough warm water until totally softed. Rinse well and squeeze out moisture. Cut off and discard the tough stems. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  3. Wash Shimeji and cut into small pieces.
  4. Heat a pan, put sesame oil and all the mushroom pieces, stir well.
  5. Add all the other ingredients (except rice), stir well and brown color, off heat.
  6. Mix the mushrooms with rice, done.
