Ingredients:
- 3 pcs Shiitake (Dried-mushroom 花菇)
- 150 g Shimeji (Brown Beech Mushroom)
- Cooked Rice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tsp Sugar
- (You can use 1.5 tbsp Mirin instead of cooking wine and sugar)
- Prepare cooked rice.
- Soak dried-mushrooms in enough warm water until totally softed. Rinse well and squeeze out moisture. Cut off and discard the tough stems. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
- Wash Shimeji and cut into small pieces.
- Heat a pan, put sesame oil and all the mushroom pieces, stir well.
- Add all the other ingredients (except rice), stir well and brown color, off heat.
- Mix the mushrooms with rice, done.
