Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 Lb Fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1.5-2 Tbsp Fish sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1.5-2 Tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chili sauce (Optional)
Directions:
  1. Clean and wash bean sprouts in cold water.
  2. Drop them in boiling water and let stand for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Add all other ingredients to bean sprouts, mix well and refrigerate.
*** You can keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
