Sunflower Chocolate Lollipops

Ingredients:
  • Dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate
  • Candy, chocolate or marshmallow for decorations.
Directions:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler in low heat, stirring frequently. Remove the chocolate when most of it has melted. Continue to stir until completely melted.
  2. Scoop up a spoon of chocolate and pour it onto a wax paper, try to spoon a round shape.
  3. Insert the lollipop stick, plastic pick or wooden coffee stick into chocolate paste, about one-quarter of the stick will set in the chocolate.
  4. Spoon a small amount of chocolate over top of the one-quarter of the stick in the chocolate shape to cover.
  5. Use any candy, chocolate or marshmallow to decorate the chocolate lollipop.
  6. Place the chocolate lollipop in the refrigerator and let it firm about 25-30 minutes.
