Ingredients:
- Fresh asparagus
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
Directions:
- Clean and wash asparagus in cold water.
- Cook asparagus until tender crisp. Drain.
- Add sesame oil and soy sauce to asparagus, mix well and refrigerate.
- Serve with cold noodle or sushi rice.
