Ingredients:
- 20g Dried shrimp
- 1/4 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tsp White sesame
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- Salt (Optional)
Directions:
- Use rolling pin to crush the rice in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients in the bowl, mix well.
- Heat a pan with medium heat, spoon the rice mixture into the pan, pan fry both sides until golden brown, done.
