Crispy Shrimp Rice Cake えびせんべい

Ingredients: 
  • 20g Dried shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 tsp White sesame
  • 1.5 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (Optional)
Directions: 

  1. Use rolling pin to crush the rice in a bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients in the bowl, mix well.
  3. Heat a pan with medium heat, spoon the rice mixture into the pan, pan fry both sides until golden brown, done.
